Prosecutors have offered a plea agreement to reduce the total number of charges against Beulah Priest White and her daughter Dayo White, the pair who ran Five Rivers Community Development Corp.
Under the deal, prosecutors put a cap on the maximum amount of time Dayo White, formerly Dayo Smith, could serve in prison to 10 years and a maximum of five years of jail time for Beulah White.
Both are due back in court On June 9 to tell the judge of their decision to accept or reject the plea agreement.
If they reject the plea the trial could start July 28.
Beulah White, the agency's executive director, and daughter Dayo White, chief financial officer, were set to be formally charged with 15 felonies related to allegations that they misspent the Five Rivers Corp., a Georgetown nonprofit agency's money.
