Another publication picks Coastal third in Big South

The Coastal Carolina men's basketball team was picked to finish third in the Big South in a Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook preseason prediction.

The publication also predicted the Chanticleers' Joseph Harris to be an All-Big South team member and had Coastal's Kierre Greenwood predicted as the Big South Newcomer of the Year.

Harris was joined on the Blue Ribbon All-Big South team by Radford's Art Parakhouski, High Point's Nick Barbour, UNC Asheville's Matt Dickey and Charleston Southern's Jamarco Warren. The publication predicted Parakhouski will be the Big South Player of the Year.

Blue Ribbon also listed the Chanticleers' frontcourt as the third best in the conference.

The Chanticleers open the season by hosting College of Charleston in Kimbel Arena at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 13.
