Pleasant weekend extends into start of week

Following a pleasant weekend, the Grand Strand is expected to see a hot and sunny start to this week.

After some morning fog in some areas, we should see plenty of sun Monday and Tuesday with temperatures in the mid 80's, according to the National Weather Service.

Overnight, expect temperatures to drop into the mid 60's with the possibility of isolated showers.
