Watson surges to tie for fifth at eGolf tournament

SAVANNAH, Ga. | Murrells Inlet's Derek Watson shot a second consecutive 5-under 67 to move into a tie for fifth after two rounds of the eGolf Professional Tour's Championship at Savannah Harbor.

Watson had a two-round total of 10-under 134 and was three strokes behind co-leaders Roberto Castro (66) and Chris McCartin (66).

Pawleys Island's Jeremy Pope missed the cut at 3 under.
