Blue Jackets activate Huselius, place Torres on IR

The Columbus Blue Jackets made a pair of roster moves on Friday, activating left wing Kristian Huselius from injured reserve and placing forward Raffi Torres on IR.

Huselius, who suffered an undisclosed injury at practice on November 3, has registered five goals and nine points in 13 games for the Blue Jackets this season.

Torres took a puck to the face in the team's 9-1 beating at the hands of Detroit on Wednesday and is expected to miss a minimum of one week. He has tallied eight goals and an assist in 17 contests.
