Susanne Kalinski Bruccoleri of Garden City Beach, holds a photo her friend Lt. Timothy Higgins during a 9-11 memorial service on Thursday, September 11, 2008 on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Lt. Higgins, a fireman with the FDNY, was killed in the north tower of the World Trade Center during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
