Magnificent Mom Essay winners

Congratulations to our three Magnificent Mom Essay winners!!! This is an essay contest, sponsored by Medieval Times and The Sun News In Education program, on why the selected Mom is the most magnificent mom. Essays were judged on creativity and literary form. The mothers themselves were not judged. One student in each of three categories were chosen: Ages 6 – 8, Ages 9 – 11, and Ages 12 – 14.

Winning prize packages included gifts from Medieval Times, Chick-Fil-A, Magiquest, Ripley’s Aquarium, IMAX 3-D, Broadway at the Beach, Dandelion Florist, and Conway Wellness Center.

My mother is beautiful she is never blue my mother is courageous she wears a size 6 shoe I love to be with my mother she is like no other when we go out to play we spend all day my mothers name is Daisy it is spelled just like the flower some would say she’s crazy because she takes an hour to shower now that you know my mother just you wait and see I will not share her with another because her heart only has room for me

She is as cool as a cool as a cucumber no matter what. She has a jolly smile day and night. Thats only one thing I love about her. My mom always feels like super-mom to me. Her laugh is music to my ears. Also, she makes up jokes all the time that are hillarous. She comes to school with me and plays dodge-ball too! She’s the champion at it. My mom is strong and loves to make people laugh. We both love shopping together and have a blast! Thats why my mom is the most magnificent mom ever!!!

She is unique and rocks at Guitar Hero, she might be able to beat me. Anne, my moma, doesn’t care what people think of her. She walks around in boxers like shorts and will start dancing randomly. I love the music she listens to, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and even some of my music! No matter what she supports me, even after I might get a bad grade or get in trouble at home. Overall, she might be embarrassing, but I love her.
