I know you have seen him, talked to him, or heard about him. This neighbor is very popular in Waterford, maybe one of the most familiar faces to most. Andy Damaio.

I had the honor of sitting down with Andy and getting to know him last week. What an interesting guy.

Twenty-five-year-old Andy has lived in Waterford for six years and loves it here. Andy lives with his parents Linda and David on Westwind Drive. He has his own private bedroom, office, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and screened porch at his parents' home. It is a really functional plan for extended family living situations.

Andy has decorated his bedroom with pictures and life-size standups of Elvis.

Andy loves to drive around iin his golf cart and visit his uncle Mike and neighbors Annette, Mike and Sue Capolla, Debbie, Tony Ray, John and Natalie Bankowski and others. He likes to be helpful and has been known to help move flats of flowers around for neighbors using his golf cart.

He also loves riding his bike, going to the pool, tubing behind his boat at their family's vacation home, watching movies, playing video games and eating at Logans Road House, where the ribeye sandwich is his favorite. He wishes he could drive his golf cart to restaurants and Kroger.

Andy once won the Sexy Legs contest on a family cruise.

One thing he wishes for is a girlfriend. I asked him what he was looking for in a women, he told me, "someone who is 25 or 26ish, a nice girl, a good girl." If you know of anyone, contact me and I will set them up.

When Andy first moved here he told his parents he wanted to have his own business. His grandmother gave him a camera and he soon found that he loved to take pictures. With the help of his mom, Linda, he now has his own business selling photos on the Internet. He has sold some already, prices start at $20. Please visit, photosbyAndy.com to check out his work. He is really good.

If you haven't yet, please make sure to say hello to Andy when you see him. He loves to meet new people.

Andy's favorite part of living in Waterford Plantation is "They all love me around here, and I love everyone."

What a sweetheart!
