Los Angeles -- Jennifer Lopez has won a court order barring her first husband from making their sex life public - at least for a day.
Lopez sued Ojani Noa for $10 million, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the actress in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon. A Los Angeles judge on Monday barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material until a hearing today on whether to extend the order.
Noa says he'll fight the order.
Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months. She claims he's violating a prior confidentiality agreement.
In 2007, Lopez won $545,000 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a ghostwritten tell-all book.
Comedian stays in jail
Atlanta Comedian and rapper Katt Williams remained jailed Monday in suburban Atlanta after police said they arrested the entertainer for breaking into a home and stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and coins.
Williams, whom police say is 38, is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Office Maj. James Yarbrough.
A Coweta County magistrate set bond at more than $41,000 Monday afternoon. A detention officer at Coweta County Jail confirmed Williams remained in custody after the hearing.
Timberlake wins in court
Los Angeles A judge on Monday ordered a woman to stay away from Justin Timberlake for the next three years.
Timberlake wrote in court filings that Karen McNeil repeatedly showed up at his house and trespassed on his property last month.
McNeil, who represented herself in the case, opposed the court order, writing in a court document that she thought she was destined to marry Timberlake and "to rule" with him.
During the hearing, Judge David S. Cunningham III ordered a 5-minute recess after an outburst by McNeil when the judge issued the order.
Outside court, McNeil said, "That was all lies. I did not break into Justin's house. I was let on the property."
Woods brings lawsuit
Warwick, R.I. James Woods has entered a Rhode Island courtroom for a trial in a lawsuit he brought against the hospital where the actor's younger brother died in 2006.
Opening statements are scheduled for Monday in Kent County Superior Court.
Woods claims Kent Hospital was negligent in caring for his brother, Michael, who was 49 when he died of an apparent heart attack.
It's unclear how much money or other damages Woods is seeking.
A spokesperson for the hospital did not return a message seeking comment Friday, and lawyers for both sides declined to comment.
Woods told The Associated Press on Friday that he was seeking "justice" for his brother but would not discuss the case in detail.
