Shepherd of the Sea Lutheran Church hosts a Veteran's Day service Sunday at 10:30 a.m. A reception honoring the servicemen and women follows the service in the Fellowship Hall. Call 651-7377 for more information.

The fifth annual Salute to American Veterans will be Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Wheelwright Auditorium of Coastal Carolina University, Conway.
