Holiday wish list

Times are tight across the area, the country and the world, cutting into charitable donations at a time when needs keep mounting.

Every year, The Sun News solicits the wish lists of area charities and publishes them in the Thanksgiving Day edition of Neighbors.

We'll be doing that again this year, so if you represent an area charity, please e-mail your information no later than Nov. 20 for inclusion in the Thanksgiving Day paper.

Make sure to include the name of the charity, address, phone number, e-mail and Web site if available, and a specific list of your top three needs right now. Send it to Neighbors@thesunnews.com and put "Holiday Wish List" in the subject line.

And because the needs are so great this year, we'll update the list and publish it again from time to time, so let us know if your needs change or if an angel comes through to grant your wishes.
