North Myrtle Beach's Megan Johnson and Grace Jones, Myrtle Beach's Ciara Edwards and Jessica Moore, St. James' Kayla Roberts and Socastee's Karly Klimas were named to the All-Region VII-AAA volleyball first team.

The Chiefs' Johnson was named the region player of the year, while North Myrtle Beach's Estelle Barentine was named coach of the year.
